Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its IaaS CPU Compute platform. You will lead cross-functional programs converting product strategy into scalable, reliable infrastructure, partnering with engineering, product, operations, and security to drive performance and scalability in large AI clusters.

You will own end-to-end delivery, define scope and milestones, manage risks, and promote Agile practices while helping shape long-term infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure as a service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

CoreWeave's IaaS powers our CPU Compute platform that complements GPU acceleration in large AI clusters. We build and operate high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure so customers can achieve predictable performance across diverse workloads, from data processing and orchestration to latency-sensitive services. As the TPM for IaaS powering CoreWeave's CPU Compute, you’ll lead cross-functional programs that convert product strategy into scalable, reliable, and observable infrastructure. This role will partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive performance/scalability initiatives that underpin high-throughput CPU clusters in large AI environments.

In This Role, You Will

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure as a service
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence and other program management tools
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results
• Proven track record in program management, process definition and improvements and influencing adoption of defined processes across multiple teams or organizations
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to prioritize, manage tradeoffs, identify gaps and risks, drive accountability, and measure successes
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and driving clarity; experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and organizations

Preferred

• Master's or advanced technical degree
• Familiarity with networking, storage, containerization (Kubernetes), and infrastructure
• Comfortable working in a fast moving environment and flexible working with a variety of leadership
• Experience driving and leading DevOps initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve development processes, deployment pipelines, and system reliability
• Experience in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Experience building cloud infrastructure and applications

The base salary range for this role is $177,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
