Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale Azure Databricks to AWS Databricks data lake migration. You will manage multiple technical workstreams, global teams, stakeholders, risks, and end-to-end delivery.

The role requires hands-on cloud migration expertise, strong governance, and the ability to develop cutover, rollback, migration playbooks and hypercare plans while ensuring security, compliance, Agile delivery, and CI/CD adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience, including 5+ years in large transformation programs.
• Manage 50+ resources and multiple vendors.
• Hands-on with Azure Databricks, AWS Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Data Lakehouse.
• Knowledge of ADF, AWS Glue, S3, Redshift, Airflow, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Proven Azure-to-AWS cloud migration and data lake modernization.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Preferred:

Databricks/AWS/PMP/PgMP/SAFe certifications and experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or Supply Chain.
