Job summary

Speridian Technologies is seeking a Project Manager in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area for a 6-month contract to hire. The ideal candidate will have experience with large Data and AI implementation projects, especially on Snowflake.

Responsibilities include mentoring talent in the technology department, demonstrating excellent time management and decision-making skills, and working collaboratively in a high-level environment.

Job description

Location – Kansas City Metropolitan Area

Duration – 6 months Contract to Hire.

Required Qualifications

• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution preferred
• Must have large Data / Ai implementation project experience, ideally has worked on Snowflake implementation project.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
