PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a leader in the HCAC manufacturing industry, seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive enterprise security initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams to turn complex priorities into measurable results.

You will lead planning through implementation, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, and collaborate with external vendors. Dashboards and executive reports will communicate progress and risk reduction to stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years leading complex enterprise IT or cybersecurity initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing technical teams, vendors, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Working knowledge of vulnerability management, attack surface management, cloud security, IAM, and cyber risk remediation.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

• Track progress and communicate milestones, risks, budget updates, and outcomes via dashboards and executive reports.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies as appropriate.
• Drive issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, organizational adoption, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation, rollout, and operational handoff.

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.

• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure accountability and timely execution.

• Support vulnerability and exposure management, cloud and infrastructure security, identity and access management, and cyber risk remediation.

• Partner with technical experts to coordinate requirements, testing, remediation, and implementation validation.

• Track progress and communicate milestones, risks, budget updates, and outcomes through dashboards and executive reports.

• Apply Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies as appropriate.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise IT or cybersecurity initiatives across multiple workstreams.

• Proven experience managing technical teams, vendors, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and risks.

• Working knowledge of vulnerability management, attack surface management, cloud and infrastructure security, identity and access management, and cyber risk remediation.

• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, cybersecurity, or equivalent relevant certification.

• Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, and data-driven reporting capabilities.

• Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework or similar security frameworks.

• Experience leading enterprise change initiatives across geographically distributed teams.

Pay Details: $63.75 per hour
