Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs on the Enterprise Business Systems team. The role focuses on managing business applications and FinTech initiatives, driving Agile delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring outcomes that align with business objectives.

The TPM navigates detailed technical topics and high-level strategy, representing the customer. For our W2 consultants, a strong benefits package is offered.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, preferably within FinTech or Enterprise Business Systems.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in the software development industry, preferably with FinTech experience.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership across the program lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including leading Agile ceremonies and acting as Scrum Master.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, team player, and flexible.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus.

Our client seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. The role leads complex, cross-functional programs focused on business applications and FinTech. The TPM will drive Agile delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure outcomes that meet business objectives. The TPM will navigate detailed technical topics and high-level strategy, anticipate issues, uphold high standards for architecture, lead technical discussions, and represent the customer.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
