Job summary

Riverside Research Institute is seeking a Program Integrator to oversee external technical projects in the NCCT program. You will manage project streams, align work with business objectives, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.

The role requires DoD experience and strong data engineering capabilities as you coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading contractors, providing technical analyses, and driving M&O for integration efforts, including AI/ML

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, CS or related field.
• 8+ years related experience with a bachelor’s, 3+ years with a PhD.
• Experience leading IPTs and DoD projects.
• Experience applying data engineering concepts and messaging frameworks (Kafka, NATS).
• Familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Understanding of DoD interoperability and data standards.
• Experience with requirements development and program management in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor and vendor efforts in planning, development, testing, and deployment of new software and system capabilities for NCCT.
• Provide technical analysis to translate requirements into a cohesive capability roadmap.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to leverage collaborations and integrate technologies.
• Spearhead outreach to industry partners and organize technical exchange meetings.
• Advise the government program manager on progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Assist in authoring contract documents and evaluating contractor proposals.
• Apply data engineering and modern software architecture to guide system integration.
• Solve complex integration challenges and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
• Travel as required for planning meetings and program activities.
