  • Understand distributed systems and complex technology dependencies.
  • Experience influencing senior engineering and product leaders without direct authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Experience developing or improving program management frameworks, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, establish clarity, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to use AI tools to assess technical designs and code changes.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI models and experience executing programs with AI chatbots.
  • Technical understanding of:
  • Wireless technologies, including 4G, 5G, and multi-WAN load balancing.
  • Networking technologies, including UDP/TCP, NAT traversal, and network security such as mTLS.
  • Data pipelines, including Kafka or kafkajs and Protobuf serialization.

  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services.
  • Understanding of distributed systems concepts.
  • Prior experience as a software engineer or in another highly technical role.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging abilities.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
Preferred Education and Experience
