Travelers seeks a Technical Agile Product Owner to join the Access, Identity, Profile & Preferences team within the Cybersecurity Value Stream. You will guide a product team to deliver secure, modern identity capabilities across Travelers' digital platforms.
Ideal candidates have IAM product management experience, an Agile mindset, knowledge of OIDC/OAuth, MFA, SSO, and Okta tooling. This role is based in Atlanta and requires authorization to work in the US.

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Travelers is seeking a Technical Agile Product Owner to join the Access, Identity, Profile & Preferences (AIPP) team within the Cybersecurity Value Stream. This team owns the external identity experience for Travelers' customers and agents - spanning registration, identity proofing, authentication, MFA, and profile and preferences management across Travelers' digital platforms.
In this role, you will serve as the voice of the end-user and key technical stakeholders, guiding a focused product team to deliver secure, modern, and user-friendly identity capabilities. You will focus on achieving defined outcomes while empowering the team to determine how the work gets done.

Product management experience specifically within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space - including hands-on ownership of identity platforms, authentication flows, MFA, SSO, or customer registration capabilities. This is a key requirement for this role.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two or more years of experience in Agile product management, preferably in a technical, platform, or cybersecurity-adjacent domain.
Understanding of external identity concepts including customer and agent registration, identity proofing, authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML), MFA patterns, and user profile and preferences management.
Familiarity with Zero Trust security principles as they apply to external identity and access control.
Exposure to or experience with Okta or similar identity platform tooling.
Ability to understand and engage with AIPP architecture - including how authentication, session management, and profile services connect - without needing to write the code.

Influence: Ability to drive alignment across engineering, security, and business stakeholders without relying on traditional hierarchy.
Communication: Skill in translating technical complexity into clear, audience-appropriate language for both leadership and delivery teams.
Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated commitment to learning, sharing knowledge, and evolving team practices over time.
Two years of work experience in related field.
