Job summary

ReliaQuest, an AI cybersecurity leader, is seeking a Technical Product Marketer in Tampa, FL. You will own GreyMatter product narratives, build market-ready assets, and drive launches across segments.

Collaborate with product, sales, and executives to translate complex security concepts into compelling market materials that accelerate deals and inform product strategy. You will develop use cases, ROI calculators, and explainer videos, and lead webinars, demos, and analyst engagements.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new market products and security concepts quickly.
• Ability to take complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to any audience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of ownership for assigned work.
• Creative approach to positioning, storytelling, and asset development.

Responsibilities

• Crafting the core narrative for product grouping, segmentation-based messaging, use case positioning, and industry-specific differentiation.
• Producing pitch decks, solution decks, ROI calculators, architecture builders, use case explainer videos, and other assets.
• Developing launch strategy and pricing/packaging rollout, coordinating cross-functional readiness.
• Influencing product roadmap with market trends and customer feedback.
• Developing use case content and delivering live or recorded webinars and demos.
• Leading briefings with analysts and driving market mentions and pipeline support.
• Building and maintaining a library of demo use cases and ensuring demo readiness across teams.
• Joining calls to deliver product overviews, competitive narratives, and roadmaps.
• Speaking at sessions, running demo booths, and engaging customers at events.
