The team brings together traders and developers to identify opportunities across asset classes and build portfolios, supported by internal technology for trading, position management and operational workflows.

You will work at the intersection of users and engineering, developing the business and technical context to shape products from discovery through rollout. The initial focus is effective delivery and workflow improvement, with scope to contribute to product vision, roadmap and strategy over time.

Desirable Experience

Experience with distributed teams, financial systems, trading workflows or generative AI would be useful but is not essential.
