OCLC Online Computer Library Center, Inc. seeks a Technical Product Manager to guide product planning and collaborate with the global engineering team on design and development.
You will deliver strategy, roadmaps, annual plans, launch plans, white papers, and user personas while aligning requirements with architects on strategy and execution. The Technical Product Manager oversees the technical aspects of product planning and development, providing essential input to the global engineering team on product and system design. As the subject matter expert, they guide product and development staff, producing key deliverables such as product strategy, roadmaps, annual product plans, launch plans, white papers, and user personas. They ensure requirements are met by liaising with development staff and collaborating with architects on product strategy and project execution.
Additionally, the Technical Product Manager contributes to portfolio business plans, strategies, roadmaps, metrics, operational plans, progress reviews, user requirements, and functional specifications. Their role focuses on integrating industry trends and innovations into the OCLC domain, coordinating activities among the Data Services Portfolio, Global Engineering, and OCLC Research.
