Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned product leader to own and advance a multi-quarter platform roadmap across ten business units, balancing business value, dependencies, and regulatory constraints. You will manage the end-to-end backlog, run discovery with stakeholders, and translate findings into scoped decisions, partnering with engineering and executives to deliver on complex platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of combined experience in product management, delivery management, or program management in a technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP or PSA platforms, including implementation, ownership, or major-release delivery.
• Proven ownership of a product roadmap and backlog for a platform supporting multiple business units or geographies.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and experience partnering with a Scrum Master or delivery lead.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience working in a regulated or audited control environment, with practical knowledge of change control and segregation of duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to produce executive-ready materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities
