Job summary

BigCommerce is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive Catalyst, its Next.js/React storefront architecture, and the Storefront GraphQL API. Qualifications

• Own the roadmap for your assigned product lanes and contribute to Catalyst strategy.
• Define the public API surface for SDKs, including TypeScript interfaces and versioning.
• Design documentation that serves both humans and AI agents effectively.
• Coordinate across Storefront, Checkout, B2B, Makeswift, and Infrastructure teams for API-first development.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your assigned product lanes and contribute to the broader Catalyst strategy.
• Define the public API surface for SDKs, including versioning semantics and TypeScript interfaces.
• Contribute to developer experience through clear docs, samples, and tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable API-first product flows.
• Publish release notes and maintain roadmaps as the single source of truth.
