Leader Bank is seeking a Technical Product Manager to influence how ideas become value in a regulated banking environment. Summary

As a Technical Product Manager (TPM), you influence how the business goes from ideas to value. You will be responsible for the full solution lifecycle; working with stakeholders to identify the most important pain points, designing solutions, authoring requirements, prioritizing work, guiding development, and ensuring successful adoption. You should be comfortable moving between detailed technical work and high‑level strategy.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business stakeholders to translate pain points into business cases.
• Research and validate problems to ensure solutions address root causes rather than symptoms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ideate solutions and develop recommendations.
• Prioritize opportunities based on business value, strategic alignment, effort, and risk.
• Translate ideas into business and technical requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Own and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Assist in sprint planning and allocation of engineering resources.
• Work with engineers during development to ensure on‑time and on‑spec delivery.
• Make recommendations regarding scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs throughout the development process.
• Partner with risk, compliance, operations, and information security teams to ensure solutions meet governance and regulatory requirements.
• Develop launch strategies, training materials, and communication plans to ensure successful adoption.
• Maintain performance metrics on solutions to identify value, adoption, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather feedback after launch and continuously improve products and workflows.
• Make strategic recommendations on technology, processes, and automation opportunities to keep the bank modern and efficient.

• Technical, able to communicate comfortably with engineers about technology.
• Curious, enjoys understanding how processes, systems, and people work together.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to synthesize patterns across diverse backgrounds.
• Capable of turning ambiguous problems into well‑defined plans.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with software development teams, data teams, or technology projects.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, process documentation, or business cases.
• Experience with APIs, databases, reporting platforms, workflow automation, or system integrations.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
