Job summary

IPolarity is seeking a Technical Product Analyst to join our hybrid team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on deep data analysis using SQL and cross-functional collaboration with product and tech teams.

You will perform complex SQL queries, validate data across relational databases, and support Agile product teams using Scrum/Kanban frameworks. 5+ years of experience and strong communication are required.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Analyst .
• Strong hands-on SQL and relational database experience .
• Advanced SQL skills including:
• Joins
• Subqueries
• Aggregations
• Data validation
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and/or MySQL.
• Strong data analysis and data validation experience.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
