Job summary

Kuvare Holdings is seeking a Technical Product Analyst to bridge business operations, product management, data, and technology across annuity lifecycle systems. This role drives improvements in product functionality, efficiency, and customer experience by partnering with stakeholders, developers, QA, architects, and vendors.

You will translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, evaluate data integrations, and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in data science, computer science, information systems, computer engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Analyst experience required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business functional requirements into technical business requirements and user stories for projects and enhancements.
  • Meet with decision makers, system owners, IT staff, and end users to define technical requirements and goals; identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compatibility and interoperability of applications across platforms.
  • Review existing systems to improve efficiency and leverage capabilities.
  • Research hardware and software products to justify recommendations and support purchasing.
  • Create system models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide development.
  • Assist in testing modified and new systems and ensure quality delivery.
  • Coach and motivate team members and contractors; drive accountability for assigned work.
  • Develop business relationships essential to project success and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Define project scope and technical requirements with project managers, business owners, SMEs, IT development, QA, and vendors.

About The Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Analyst to serve as the strategic link between business operations, product management, data, and technology. This role drives solutions that improve annuity products, operational efficiency, and customer experience across enterprise systems. You will partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, developers, QA engineers, architects, vendors, and data teams to identify opportunities, define product requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support end-to-end delivery of technology solutions throughout the annuity lifecycle.

This position requires deep annuity industry knowledge combined with strong analytical and technical skills to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements and measurable outcomes. You will evaluate and support data integrations across enterprise platforms, ensuring accurate and efficient movement of information at every stage of the annuity lifecycle.

The ideal candidate understands both the operational and technical dimensions of annuity administration and proactively identifies opportunities to improve business processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive continuous product improvement. You will operate with a high degree of ownership and serve as a trusted partner to both business and technical teams while solving complex problems, championing data integrity, and delivering solutions that create lasting business value.

What You'll Do
  • Translate business functional requirements into usable technical business requirements / user stories for projects in support of core organization functions for new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
  • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, members of IT, and end users to define technical business requirements and systems goals. Identify and resolve business systems issues.
  • Ensure compatibility and interoperability of applications.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Conduct research on hardware and software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
  • Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
  • Assist in testing for modified and new systems.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Develop business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, project business owners, SMEs, IT Development, QA, and vendors to determine project scope and define technical project requirements.
  • Recreate issues and document requirements for applications.
  • Facilitate meetings focused on technical requirements gathering, requirements walkthrough, test results and defect resolution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, computer engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more (5+ years) of Analyst experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills."
