Technical Process Manager Tarkett | Dalton, GA | Reports to: Sr. Director, R&D, Central Engineering & Quality Overview Tarkett is seeking a Technical Process Manager with a chemical engineering foundation and the critical thinking rigor to translate complex material and process interactions into stable, repeatable manufacturing outcomes. This role owns technical execution across polymer formulations, production processes, and cross-functional implementation-delivering measurable improvements in quality, consistency, and performance. The ideal candidate does not simply follow process—the interrogate it. They question assumptions, pressure-test data, and build conclusions from evidence rather than convention. Direct experience with polymer processing equipment is valued, but the core requirement is the ability to rapidly decompose complex systems, identify root causes over symptoms, and apply disciplined methodology where others see ambiguity. This is an execution-focused, highly autonomous role grounded in production realities.
