Job summary

Soliel, LLC seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead cybersecurity and PKI-focused initiatives in a DoD/Federal context. You will design, plan, and deliver complex enterprise projects spanning PKI, PKE, and identity services across multiple networks, coordinating with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong systems engineering, CA operations, HSM handling, and cross-domain collaboration, with responsibility for schedules and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Technical Project Manager for Federal/DoD IT programs.
• Strong background in PKI/PKE, identity management, and secure system design.
• Experience with RMF/NIST 800-53 and cross-domain environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex enterprise technology projects centered on PKI and identity management.
• Drive Agile/Scrum processes, manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, system sustainment, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and government teams on secure designs.
• Maintain project schedules, risk registers, and status briefs for leadership.
• Serve as primary interface between government stakeholders and technical teams.
