Job summary

Resourceful is seeking an experienced PM/BA to join a Bellevue-based project supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations and ERP enhancements. You will coordinate across accounting, data, and vendor teams, driving process improvements and ensuring timely delivery across multiple workstreams.

Requirements include 4–10 years of PM/BA experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud proficiency, PMP certification, and strong skills in JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and MIRO.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of PM/BA experience.
• Strong background in Sales & Distribution or Manufacturing industry preferred.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud experience highly relevant — ideally including post-implementation configuration, enhancements, or support work.
• PMP certification — required.
• Lean Six Sigma — preferred.
• Accounting/finance domain background helpful but not required — strong technical PM/BA skills are the priority.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional execution of Accounting-led projects related to ERP enhancements, configurations, and other supporting applications, along with process improvement initiatives across various systems.
• Manage alignment across multiple internal stakeholders, identify risks, and resolve blockers to maintain momentum on multiple workstreams.
• Document process flows and SOPs for business and system processes impacting the Accounting team.
• Review outstanding improvement and bug tickets and interface with technical teams to ensure tickets are being worked.
• Orchestrate request workflows across ERP, data, reporting, and vendor teams to ensure continuity and prioritization of Accounting's needs.

Job description

We're hiring for our client, a well-known name in the entertainment and gaming industry — video games, trading cards, anime, merchandise, and brand licensing.

In this role you'll be partnering with the Accounting team on ongoing configuration, enhancements, and process improvements within their existing Fusion Cloud instance, along with bringing multiple data sources and integrations together into Oracle.

Contract Term: ~12 months, with potential for extension

Target Start: mid-September

Location: Hybrid — minimum 2 days onsite in Bellevue, WA (fully remote not available)

Day to Day

• Supporting Oracle integration workstreams across multiple data sources
• Working alongside the client Accounting team and the current TPM lead
• Managing project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Operating within JIRA and Confluence for ticketing and project tracking
