Job summary

Mariana Minerals is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the ML platform, simulators, and robotics initiatives that drive autonomous industrial processes. Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in technical product management, ML platform or robotics product roles, or equivalent cross-disciplinary leadership
• Ability to drive direction in a highly technical environment and build credibility with engineers
• Deep understanding of ML systems: training, evaluation, deployment, perception, and simulation

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the ML platform, determining capabilities and use cases and why they matter
• Write specs, KPIs, and success metrics to scope ML/autonomy work for shipping
• Prioritize initiatives and align stakeholders so engineers stay focused on core work
• Shape the strategy for models, simulators, and robotics that inform plant operations
• Ensure seamless collaboration between the applied AI/ML org, software engineering, and MarianaOS
