Barge Design Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support our Mission Critical practice. This role focuses on learning and applying PM procedures under a Project Manager while handling multi-disciplinary project activities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define budgets, timelines, and deliverables, lead technical aspects of projects, and report progress to management and clients. This role emphasizes growth within a professional engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience
• Attend and participate in PM training programs

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement PM procedures under the direction of a Project Manager
• Collaborate with stakeholders on proposals to determine time, cost, and processes
• Establish Project Management Plans and assemble teams
• Execute activities to meet project goals within defined time and budget
• Serve as the technical lead on projects
• Review reports and make modification recommendations
• Monitor budget against plan
• Prepare management and client reports
• Act as liaison with the client and project team during meetings
• Perform other duties as requested
