The role requires basic knowledge of technical drawings and ability to review parts lists, managing multiple requests efficiently. The position emphasizes reviewing technical documents, assisting with data from various resources, and supporting cost, price, and lead time control.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, engineering drawings, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Aufgaben

• Review technical documents, including assembly drawings, sub-assembly drawings, manufacturing drawings, and part numbers, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with obtaining technical information, drawings and reports from different resources.
• Support cost, price and lead time control using different methods and tools. Upload and maintain this information in SAP to support budgetary inquiries.
• Support Global Sourcing activities by collecting, validating, and providing the data required for SAP info record creation and maintenance, including vendor quotations, pricing, lead times, and technical documentation.
