Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in science, engineering, or technical field is required.
• HS Diploma/GED with 5+ years of directly applicable manufacturing experience in pharma is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor shift support for technical, training, and process activities.
• Assist with equipment qualification and SAT during pre-startup and startup phases.
• Lead safety and quality investigations and document investigation reports.
• Coordinate changeovers and process transfers with PE, PTE, and PRD teams.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and Health, Safety & Environmental standards.
