Job summary

Mussett Nicholas Associates (MNA) is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will own MNA's marketing programs from strategy through execution. You understand how technical professional services firms win work through relationships, reputation, and visibility, and you can write about engineering topics for owners and facility managers.

You will work with the ownership group, mentor junior staff, and drive marketing across proposals, trade shows, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of marketing experience in AEC or technical professional services.
• Ability to own the proposal process and produce winning qualification packages.
• Strong writing and ability to translate engineering concepts for clients.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign; Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.
• Experience managing social media programs and analytics.
• CRM experience; Deltek or similar AEC systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Comfortable presenting to leadership and in client-facing settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy and execution with data-driven planning.
• Own proposal and qualification package production end-to-end.
• Develop video content such as project spotlights and facility tours.
• Write journal articles, abstracts, and case studies to reinforce reputation.
• Plan and manage the annual engagement calendar (trade shows, forums, events).
• Maintain marketing asset library and enforce brand consistency.
