We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager for a radiocarbon (Carbon-14) and Isotopic Laboratory to provide technical leadership across laboratory operations, and service delivery. This role will act as the technical authority for geochemical and isotopic analytical services, with a strong emphasis on radiocarbon, stable isotopes and gas chromatography (GC) analytical techniques. The successful candidate provides leadership to the operations team on technical issues relating to existing methods and services, and heads initiatives to improve technical and quality performance, and increase throughput. This candidate will also work closely with the development group, supporting the validation, and scale-up of new services, while ensuring robust, compliant, and high-quality routine laboratory operations. Experience in stable isotope analysis (e.g., IRMS, GC-IRMS) is highly desirable.
