• Provide technical and operational support for manufacturing processes with a focused emphasis on process chemistry, materials, and process control


• Drive production efficiency, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation


• Evaluate process performance metrics and analyze raw materials and other process inputs to optimize outcomes


• Identify and implement strategies to enhance production throughput and elevate product quality standards

Key Requirements

• Must have direct experience working with aluminum, zinc, iron ore, or steel raw materials


• Background in continuous process manufacturing environments is required


• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (ChemE) or Mechanical Engineering (M.E.) required
