Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8 years in software development or IT services.
• Must have experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Experience with coding, configuration, and SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Gathering of requirements-Participate in gathering requirements for specific modules and ensure clear, structured documentation.
• Solution Design- Facilitate creation of application solution designs for a specific module under guidance of the Project Manager.
• Coding and Configuration- Review the developed codes, resolve technical queries, and create consistent replication patterns; collaborate through all SDLC phases.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues.
• Implementation- Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations and facilitate integration during deployment.
