Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared Software Engineer to lead a new mission area at Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB). The role requires technical leadership across software and infrastructure teams, with on-site work at PSFB.

Ideal candidates will have active TS/SCI, Security+ or higher, and experience with AWS, CI/CD, and modern programming languages. Field assignments may be required as missions evolve.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Security+ or higher certification preferred.
• Experience deploying and operating in AWS environments.
• Strong experience with software development across multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for customer API groups and resolve issues.
• Deploy and maintain applications in AWS with scalable, secure, and cost-effective designs.
• Integrate cloud-native services and databases across distributed environments.
• Lead end-to-end software development and infrastructure efforts.
• Develop architectural designs and technical roadmaps aligned with mission goals.
• Produce documentation and deliver technical briefings for stakeholders.
