Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to translate client IT needs into strategic plans, guiding cloud migrations, AI-enabled integrations, and modernization of legacy systems. You will mentor developers and drive growth opportunities while aligning technology with government objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of application developers.
• Experience in Node.js with AI technologies such as Typescript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, JSON, Java, Java Script, SharePoint, XML, VBAs, Oracle, MongoDB, Solr, SQL, or Open AI.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical strategies to ensure effective application development and integration between applications, including AI capabilities.
• Ability to oversee all contract application development work and present overview briefings and updates to Government leads, partners, and customers.
• Ability to report on business area progress at performance improvement meetings, and help identify opportunities for increased effectiveness, efficiency, scale, and impact.
• Ability to distill requirements, communicating them to contract staff, and tracking progress against them.
• Ability to provide a technical need summary to the government program management, giving the client a consolidated roundup across all development efforts, with a special focus on areas that need client intervention.
• Ability to propose and direct major technology assignments and coordinates milestones and performance metrics.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, or Master's degree and 12+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.

You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
