Job summary

xdesign is seeking a senior product leader to own strategy and delivery for iGaming client engagements. You will guide products from research through launch and iteration, blending hands-on leadership with coaching and practical AI-driven discovery to improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with leadership, design, engineering and client teams to shape product direction and delivery across engagements. Flexible hybrid/remote working is available, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Direct professional experience in iGaming is required.
• Experience leading product engagements, preferably in digital transformation or technology consultancy serving enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of product management frameworks, continuous discovery and continuous delivery.
• Experience conducting product research and gathering evidence to support value propositions and decisions.
• Collaborative, pragmatic leadership with a passion for developing product managers.
• Practical experience applying AI to products, services or delivery or willingness to build that capability.
