Nubank in Miami is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead a team crafting the AI-powered private banker experience, shaping how customers interact with the advisor with clarity, empathy, and trust.

You’ll define design vision, systems, and rituals to keep Nubank’s product feeling clear, kind, and empowering, aligning with the Magic App vision.

Hybrid 2-3 times/week with collaboration across Nubank offices; equity and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in Product Design (UI, UX, and Research).
• Experience in digital products.
• Excellent English: verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a highly collaborative and cross‑functional team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Establish and promote a healthy team culture that works hand in hand with cross‑functional partners and design teams in other Nubank offices.
• Push the boundaries of your team’s UX/UI/visual execution and help Nubank challenge the status quo.
