Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. seeks a Technical Lead Engineer with deep Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) expertise to steer architecture, configuration, and end-to-end implementation across multiple fulfillment centers.

You will work with business, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable warehouse solutions that support complex supply chain operations. In this role you will provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor the team, and drive integrations with ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE and ecommerce systems,

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) implementations.
Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable WMS configurations and integrations.
Hands-on leader with ability to design, configure, test, and deploy WMS solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) across all warehouse processes.
Collaborate with business, IT, and operations to capture requirements and map processes to WMS configurations.
Develop configuration elements, workflow rules, and labeling logic within LogFire.
Design and manage integration flows between WMS and ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE/eCommerce systems.
Create technical specs, interface designs, data mappings, and blueprints.
Provide hands-on support for deployments, testing, cutover activities, and hypercare.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance and throughput.
Mentor junior team members and serve as SME for Oracle Cloud WMS and warehouse ops.
