Job summary

Job Description:

Java Tech Lead

Application Development & Modernization

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications usingJava, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
• Refactor and modernize legacy applications for cloud-native deployment models.
• Develop scalable microservices and REST APIs following enterprise architecture standards.
• Implement event-driven and distributed application architectures.
• Participate in application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.

Cloud Migration & Transformation

• Support migration of applications from private cloud/on-prem environments to AWS and Azure.
• Analyze application dependencies and recommend modernization approaches.
• Develop cloud-native deployment patterns and automate infrastructure provisioning.

Additional Skills

Infrastructure Automation & DevOps

• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Implement deployment automation across development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Drive containerization initiatives using Docker and AWS ECS/EC2 services.

Security & Compliance

• Integrate HashiCorp Vault and enterprise secrets management solutions.
• Implement secure coding practices and DevSecOps controls.
• Ensure compliance with banking, regulatory, and enterprise security standards.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation activities.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000.
