Capgemini is seeking a Technical Lead - Full Stack (Java, Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. This customer-facing role partners with business and technology teams to design scalable solutions, drive enterprise integrations, lead development teams, and deliver high-quality applications from architecture through production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full stack development or enterprise delivery.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and microservices experience.
• Hands-on React.js experience with hooks and state management.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and data platforms like Redshift.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, ETL pipelines, Kafka.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure; security via OAuth/JWT.
