Job summary

Holman is seeking an experienced data engineering lead to drive end-to-end data solutions and modernization across the organization. You will mentor developers, design cloud-native pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Function Apps, and SQL, and orchestrate API-based ingestion patterns.

You will translate cloud strategy into actionable technical direction, review code, and guide teams toward standardized, scalable data movement and transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps for .NET and cloud deployments.
• Strong knowledge of data movement, transformation, and modeling.
• Experience with ETL tools and BI reporting tools.

Position Description

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $105,050.00 - $149,700.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
