Job summary

Fluidstack is building frontier compute infrastructure and seeks engineers to lead facilities software automation, owning telemetry through actuation with safety and authorization built in. You will set engineering standards for a team shipping against live infrastructure.

You will tackle closed-loop control, simulations, and rollout strategies across the fleet, with a bias for fast iteration and high reliability. We value initiative and ownership.

Qualifications

• Led teams building software that controls or automates physical systems.
• Designed act-on-plant paths with interlocks, authorization and audit.
• Scaled automation from a single site to multiple sites with a rollout model.
• Balancing speed with blast radius in architecture decisions.

• Lead facilities software automation: the systems that let software observe, decide, and act on physical plant.
• Own the architecture from telemetry through decision to actuation, with safety and authorization designed in.
• Set the engineering standards for a team shipping against live infrastructure.
• Carry the hardest problems: closed-loop control paths, simulation, and rollout strategy across the fleet.

What We're Looking For
