The role requires leadership experience, strong technical depth in modern stacks, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps practices. Arabic proficiency is a plus and the team values strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JS/TS, or Go.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and RESTful APIs, microservices.
• Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes; Agile/Scrum practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
