Job summary

Sand Technologies is seeking a senior technical leader to drive production‑level intelligent solutions for critical industries. You will guide cross‑functional squads, work directly with clients, and shape the technical delivery from data pipelines to APIs.

You will mentor engineers, set standards, and partner with the Solution Architect and Product Manager to turn designs into actionable work while remaining hands‑on where needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical role including 2+ years in a lead capacity.
• Experience delivering client-facing, regulated infrastructure solutions.
• Proficient across software and data engineering stacks.
• Hands-on with Azure data and AI services; able to discuss trade-offs with clients.
• Strong in architecture, mentoring, and setting engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across the full solution stack from data ingestion to API layers.
• Act as primary technical contact for the client and represent Sand’s approach.
• Mentor a cross-functional squad of data engineers, data scientists, and software engineers.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect to translate design into delivery decisions.
• Break product scope into executable work and contribute hands-on.
• Be the technical face of Sand on site with the client and team.
