You will work at the frontier of Physics AI and simulation, solving real problems for startups and enterprises with rapid feedback and visible impact.

You will lead engagements across aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial, or semiconductor domains, applying multiphysics simulation and AI methods such as PINNs or surrogate models.

Lead Delivery Engineer at a leading Physics AI / Simulation Startup

You sit at the cutting edge of Physics AI, working directly with customers to solve hard engineering problems that actually matter.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role at a fast-growing Series B startup. You are not buried in an internal team waiting months to see whether your work made a difference. You are in front of customers, understanding their problems, building solutions, and seeing the impact almost immediately. The feedback loop is tight and the visibility is real.

The company is pushing the frontier of Physics AI, and the customers reflect that ambition. You work across scaling startups and F100 enterprises, applying simulation and AI-driven physics capabilities to some of the most complex engineering challenges in the world. Experience with PINNs, surrogate models, physics-informed ML, or similar will stand out.

Day to day you are leading technical delivery, engaging directly with customer teams, and drawing on deep multiphysics knowledge. You bring that fluency into the room and translate it into solutions that work for the people in front of you.

To thrive here you bring solid experience in at least one of the following segments: aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial, or semiconductor. You have multiphysics simulation fluency across multiple disciplines. You have led technical work before and you are comfortable engaging with customers or non-technical stakeholders, translating complexity into clarity.
