Jobvite Middleware Test Company is seeking a Developer Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable software in an agile environment. You’ll own features from design through production and collaborate with product owners, QA, and SRE.

The role emphasizes developing backend and full-stack features, REST APIs, and resilient systems with an emphasis on CI/CD, code quality, and security practices. Hybrid/work-from-office options may apply in a dynamic California setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one stack: Ruby/Rails, Java/Spring, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and SQL optimization.
• Experience with Git, pull-request workflows, and CI/CD.
• Solid grasp of data structures, OOP, API design, and testing (unit, integration).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Title: Developer Engineer (Software Engineer)

About the Role

You'll design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable software that powers our products. You'll work with product owners, QA, and SRE in an agile team, owning features from design through production.

• Familiarity with HR-tech or ATS integrations (e.g., job-board and Indeed Apply APIs).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Success in the First 90 Days

• Ship your first production change within 30 days.
• Own a small feature or bug-fix stream by 60 days.
• Join the on-call rotation and lead a code review by 90 days.
