Formación

• Старший инженер по данным с акцентом на архитектуру данных и интеграцию AI/ML.
• Опыт проектирования масштабируемых приложений, основанных на данных.
• Не менее 5 лет работы инженером на масштабных проектах.
• Опыт найма инженеров в свою команду.
• Опыт работы в быстрорастущей и динамичной компании.
• Продвинутый уровень английского; работа в часовых поясах Тихоокеанского, Центрального или Восточного США.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly
• Be a vital part of the recruitment team
• Be a part of the management team within recruitment to aid with hiring decision-making

Требования

• Senior Data Engineer with a deep understanding of data architecture, AI/ML integration, and backend systems
• Strong experience designing and deploying scalable, data-driven applications
• You have at least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on projects at scale.
• You have hired other engineers to join your team in the past.
• You have worked in a high-growth, dynamic company
• Advanced English level candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
