Job summary

Brianna Michelle Design, based in Winter Park, FL, is seeking a Technical Interior Designer to join our growing team. You will develop complete interior architectural drawing sets and communicate design elements clearly.

The role requires proficiency with AutoCAD, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and a flexible approach to responsibilities. Local candidates in the Orlando area preferred; this is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• MAC software skills: Keynote, Numbers and Pages.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Flexible to adapt to different responsibilities.
• Interior Design degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete interior architectural drawing sets.
• Understand cabinetry, millwork, stone, tile, plumbing, lighting, and other custom interior applications.
• Create detailed specification books communicating design elements, materials, and requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD for client, vendor, and purchase-manager presentations.
• Manage multiple iterations within tight deadlines.
• Handle a high volume of content across multiple projects.
• Proofread your own work with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exhibit flexibility in taking on various team roles.

• Experience developing complete interior architectural drawing set
• Understanding of cabinetry, millwork, stone, tile, plumbing, lighting and other custom interior applications
• Create detailed specification books to communicate design elements, materials, and requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in AutoCAD ensuring presentations are compelling for clients, vendors, and purchase managers.
• Manage multiple iterations within tight deadlines, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to quality.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently navigating through a high volume of content.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail and possess the ability to proofread your work.
• Exhibit flexibility in handling various roles within the team.
