GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking an Associate Technical Integration Specialist to support customer-facing system integration for US and EU teams.

The role involves API testing, data flow validation, and coordination across customers, business teams, and technical groups. The ideal candidate will have a CS/IT-related degree, foundational IT knowledge, strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, and the ability to learn new integration technologies quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Foundational knowledge of IT systems, software applications, system integration, and data exchange.
• Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP, XML, JSON, structured data, and relational databases.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Demonstrated project coordination, documentation, and status reporting.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support standardized customer and partner system integration activities, including requirements gathering, configuration confirmation, testing coordination, and basic troubleshooting.
• Review basic system interactions and data flows, including APIs, HTTP requests/responses, authentication, XML, and JSON.
• Perform basic API and integration testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Collect and analyze troubleshooting information such as error messages, timestamps, screenshots, logs, and request/response payloads.
• Coordinate with customers, business teams, project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Organize project activities, document decisions, follow up on action items, and provide timely status updates.
• Track project status, timelines, tasks, owners, dependencies, risks, blockers, open questions, and next actions.
• Create and maintain project records, meeting notes, troubleshooting guides, and other technical documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues, project delays, and unresolved dependencies with clear background information.
