Job summary

Intuitive invites applications for a fixed-term Project Manager to drive and support upgrades of the SimNow 2 simulators. You will coordinate IT/OR staff and Intuitive service teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery with clear stakeholder communication.

The role requires 3-5 years of PM experience, English fluency, and the ability to work in a matrix environment. Travel is <15% and a strong technical background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Engineering, life science or medical background preferred.
• 3-5 years project management experience.
• Highly organized, independent and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to effectively coordinate multi-functional teams in a matrix-environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Any other European language in addition is considered a strong advantage.
• IT and Network knowledge preferred.
• Travel <15%.

• Regular reporting to EU senior leadership on activities, project status.

This is a fixed-term position lasting 12-18 months. Primary Function of Position: Our simulation solutions provide technology for surgeons to acquire skills and maintain performance in a risk-free environment using the same surgeon console used in surgery. We are seeking a Project Manager to drive and support successful implementations / upgrades of our latest generation of SimNow 2 Simulators. The Project Manager will serve as an interface between the customer and Intuitive’s Service teams to schedule, coordinate and drive cross functional upgrade activities.
