Effectief Altruisme is seeking a grant writer to develop and refine proposals for AI alignment research in the United States. You will transform technical AI concepts into funder-ready language, drawing from papers, discussions, and funder guidelines.

You will draft proposals, LOIs, and concept notes with minimal researcher input, and tailor messaging to funder priorities. Excellent writing and editing abilities, plus fluency with AI/ML research, are essential.
