Job summary

Tier 1 Energy Holdings LLC is seeking recent technical graduates for its Technical Graduate Development Program in Midland, TX. You'll start with onboarding, training, and hands-on field experience in completions tools and wireline operations.

You will learn tool operation, assist with wellsite tasks, work with seasoned technicians, and develop the skills needed for advancement in a growing oilfield services company.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from a recognized technical program.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
• Willingness to travel and work across in remote locations.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is considered an asset.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.

Tier 1 Completions is seeking motivated recent graduates from recognized technical programs to join ourTechnical Graduate Development Program. This program is designed to provide a strong foundation in oilfield operations through structured onboarding, technical training, mentorship, and hands‑on field experience.

Successful candidates will begin with an introductory orientation and training program before being assigned to experienced fieldlocations, where they will develop their skills in our Completions Tools and Wireline divisions while working alongside industry professionals.
