Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; five additional years may substitute for the degree
- 10+ years of network engineering experience including LAN architecture, monitoring, security, and protection
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPSEC VPNs
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced network engineering support, including system-level design and architecture
- Design and implement secure network architectures and enterprise security boundaries
- Support datacenter virtualization and large-scale CAN/MAN/LAN environments
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Implement and manage IPSEC VPNs and secure communication channels
- Analyze network traffic using packet capture tools for troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide expert-level support for network infrastructure issues
- Develop system diagrams and present technical solutions to stakeholders
- Collaborate across teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance network operations

- Provide advanced network engineering support, including system-level design and architecture
- Design and implement secure network architectures and enterprise security boundaries
- Support datacenter virtualization and large-scale CAN/MAN/LAN environments
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Implement and manage IPSEC VPNs and secure communication channels

- Five (5) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in network engineering, including LAN architecture, monitoring, security, and protection
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPSEC VPNs

Salary: $175000.00 - $205000.00 per year
