Ariel Partners seeks a proactive Technical/Operational Readiness Program Analyst to support project managers in executing a complex government program. Responsibilities include organizing tasks, tracking progress, and preparing briefing materials for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidate must be located in the DMV area and able to commute to Stafford, VA. Active Secret clearance is required; 5+ years in technical project management or related fields are preferred.

The Ariel Team provides focused agile software development and maintenance for a mission-critical application for the government. Today, the application is a client server application developed using Microsoft .NET that supports a databaserepository of DNA profiles from individuals, unsolved crime scene evidence, and missing persons. The software allows local, state, and national laboratories to compare DNA profiles electronically, thereby linking serial crimes to each other and identifying suspects by matching DNA profiles from crime scenes to individuals’ profiles. Additionally, the software is used to assist with the identification of unidentified human remains, missing persons and disaster victims.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical/ Operational Readiness Program Analyst to support our Project and Program Managers in the successful execution of a complex program. This role is critical in bridging the gap between project management and our technical teams working on cutting-edge solutions in Cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a passion for organization, enabling them to effectively track, document, and support the lifecycle of advanced software development, operational readiness, end user communications and integration projects. You will be a key individual contributor, responsible for providing analytical support, facilitating communication, and ensuring project objectives are met in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
