Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a Documentation Specialist to assist in creating end-user manuals, technical documents, and graphics for government programs. You will work with SMEs to produce technically accurate materials and ensure compliance with policy requirements and established standards.

Responsibilities include proofreading, peer reviews, and translating requirements into documentation changes while aligning with CMMI level 3 processes. A current SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of technical documentation experience with end-user materials.
• Current SECRET CLEARANCE required.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-user manuals, technical documents, and graphics in collaboration with SMEs.
• Ensure materials adhere to established styles and standards.
• Proofread for spelling, grammar, and style consistency.
• Assist in peer reviews and translate requirements into documentation changes.
• Analyze project requirements to determine scope of documentation products.
• Support and adhere to CMMI level 3 processes for technical documentation.
