Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a mid-level Technical Designer to support the technical design process from development through production, ensuring fit, construction, quality, and consistency across product categories.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with design, production, and merchandising partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical design, preferably in apparel.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabrication.
• Ability to read and manage specifications and measurement details.
• Organized, collaborative, and able to manage deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, PLM, or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tech packs with clear garment construction and fit details
• Measure samples and evaluate fit throughout development
• Track fit comments and communicate revisions to vendors
• Partner with design and production teams to maintain product intent
• Help ensure consistency in grading, specs, and overall quality standards
• Support fittings and follow up on next steps in a timely way
